Social Chess Night – Open to all – Wednesdays 7pm until late

Ladies & Learners in Chess – Monday night from 6.30pm followed by chess tuition for intermediate and advanced players.

For those that wish to dive into the competitive scene and take part in ECF-rated tournaments against other players and/or clubs you will need to be a member of the ECF (English Chess Federation)

Members of the ECF are entitled to play in further tournaments throughout England and receive a nationally recognised grade.

Chess players from other clubs are also invited to the Eccles chess venue, receive training and become involved with chess events that the club organises. Eccles Tuesdays & Thursday match nights are held at another venue.
